Perspectives serves education and business leaders across the United States of America and internationally.

Dr. Benterah C. Morton

PEAL President

A graduate of Louisiana State University, with a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction and a Certificate of Education Specialist in Educational Leadership. He has education and leadership experiences in Pre-K – 12 (teaching and leadership) and higher education (Associate Professor and leadership). Dr. Morton’s research centers on the roles of leaders in meeting the needs of diverse populations. He investigates these roles through examinations of mentoring practices and programs, leadership preparation and training, and the implementation of curriculum and instruction.
